DMCA & Copyright
How to report content you hold the rights to.
Last updated October 4, 2026
AnimeLover respects the rights of creators and copyright holders. The site doesn't upload, host or store video files. Episodes are played from third-party providers that we don't run. If you believe something reachable through AnimeLover infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we'll look into it.
Sending a notice
Email [email protected] with the subject "DMCA notice" and include:
- Your name, and the company you represent if you're acting for one.
- The copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- The exact AnimeLover link or links where it appears (for example
animelover.site/watch/…/episode-3). - How we can reach you: email, plus a postal address or phone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're the owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).
What happens next
We review every complete notice and, where it's valid, remove or disable access to the content on AnimeLover as quickly as we reasonably can. Because the files themselves are hosted by third parties, you may also want to contact the provider hosting them, as removing a link here doesn't remove the file from their service.
Counter-notices
If you believe something was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the link that was removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.
Please only send a notice if you're the rights holder or authorised to act for one. Knowingly false claims can carry legal consequences.
This site does not store any files on its server. All contents are provided by non-affiliated third parties.
